Download Outreach

Outreach is the Communitee app you'll use to contact practices — it fills in each practice's contact form, and you check it and press Send.

Sign in with the email and password from your invitation. The first time, Outreach asks you to choose your own password.

  1. Download.
  2. Open the zip — it leaves "Outreach" next to it (Safari may have done this for you); drag it into Applications.
  3. Open it. Your Mac will say it cannot verify Outreach. That is because it is not yet registered with Apple. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, click Open Anyway, then Open.
  4. If your Mac asks to use your keychain, choose Always Allow and type the password that unlocks your Mac — not your Outreach one.
